Solventum today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025.

Solventum to Report Fourth Quarter and Full Year Fiscal 2025 Earnings on February 26, 2026

Solventum will release its fourth quarter fiscal 2025 financial results on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, after the U.S. financial markets close. Following the release, Solventum management will host a webcast to discuss the results and fiscal year 2026 outlook. Other forward-looking and material information may also be discussed during the webcast.

Solventum Completes Acquisition of Acera Surgical

Solventum announced today it has completed the acquisition of Acera Surgical, a privately held bioscience company focused on developing and commercializing fully engineered materials for regenerative wound care.

Global Expert Panel Publishes New Recommendations on Advanced Use of Closed Incision Negative Pressure Therapy

New guidance highlights evolving surgical procedure applications of reticulated open cell foam (ROCF) dressings to support patient safety, surgical outcomes and future standards of care. Solventum™ Prevena™ Therapy is the only closed incision negative pressure therapy system with fully integrated linear and area dressings solely indicated for closed incisions that utilize ROCF technology.

Solventum Announces $1.75 Billion Note Tender Offers

Solventum announced today that it has commenced offers to purchase its outstanding notes for up to $1.75 billion aggregate purchase price in cash. The Tender Offers are being made pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the offer to purchase dated Aug. 22, 2025.

Solventum Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering of Common Stock

Solventum today announced the pricing of the previously announced secondary offering of 8,800,000 shares of its common stock, which is expected to result in gross proceeds of approximately $648 million to 3M Company. All of the shares of common stock are being sold by the Selling Shareholder, and Solventum will not receive any of the proceeds from the Offering. The Offering is expected to close on or about Aug. 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
