Supporting you and those most important to you

It is important to us to provide competitive, meaningful pay and benefits to our people and their eligible dependents. We offer many programmes to support your overall health and personal well-being. If eligible, you may participate in most of our benefit programmes beginning on your first day of employment.

Your pay

Solventum offers competitive pay to recognise and reward your contributions. Your pay may include two components: base salary and variable pay. While base pay applies to all employees, variable pay is offered to eligible employees and may include annual, sales, or other incentives.

Solventum offers comprehensive health coverage and a variety of supplemental benefits to encourage and support physical and mental well-being for all.

Paid time off

Paid time off is an important benefit that helps you balance your work and personal life. This includes vacation and holiday pay, short- and long-term disability benefits, parental leave and time off for emergencies or other miscellaneous absences.

Retirement

We believe all our people should be well-positioned for the future, wherever it may lead.

I am personally passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, but prioritising DE&I shouldn’t just be about individual passion. Decisions should be guided by facts and data. Countless studies show us that diverse companies outperform financially and that truly making people feel comfortable and included makes you a better business.
