Product details

A hypoallergenic, occlusive and transparent plastic tape. This flexible medical tape is designed to provide a barrier from external fluids and contamination. Not made with natural rubber latex. Available in three widths. (In vitro testing shows that the transparent film provides a viral barrier from viruses 27 nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage)
  • Transparent for easy monitoring
  • Waterproof barrier for protection from external moisture, fluids and contaminants*
  • Flexible for hard to tape areas
  • Not made with natural rubber latex and hypoallergenic for sensitive patients

Suggested Applications

  • Protecting dressings from external moisture, fluids or contaminants. (In vitro testing shows that the transparent film provides a viral barrier from viruses 27 nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage)
  • Occlusive products may enhance penetration of topical medication
  • Dermatological and allergy patch testing
