For many, August means summer BBQs, evening baseball and back-to-school shopping. For us, it means the Solventum Client Experience Summit (CES).
Solventum CES brings together some of the brightest minds in healthcare, clinical documentation and health information management for the opportunity to learn from peers and experts about current challenges and opportunities in healthcare and technology. This year, we’ll be hosting at the Omni Dallas Hotel in the Lone Star State, Aug. 12-15.
Following the summit, attendees will have the opportunity to continue their education by joining us for some post-conference mini boot camps. These deep dive training sessions are hosted by Solventum experts and offer an abbreviated version of what is usually a weeklong training experience. Four mini boot camps will run Aug. 15-16.
To learn more about what Solventum CES has to offer, I chatted with Charlene Beal and Sue Belley – senior managers at Solventum – to get their take on the conference and two mini boot camp topics: advanced CDI and advanced CDI pediatrics. Charlene and Sue each give five stars, and while I’m not a seasoned CDI professional (in my next life, maybe?) here’s why they think one should attend.
With more than 600 attendees and numerous healthcare experts, it’s obvious that Solventum CES is a great place to network, connect and learn. But what makes this opportunity different than others is the atmosphere in which that learning and connecting takes place. Both Charlene and Sue say that Solventum CES offers a space for one to absorb knowledge in a setting that is more relaxed than the average work meeting. Sessions are led by experts that are excited to connect and share their knowledge, rather than just teach it. And the discussion of topics amongst peers makes every minute a learning opportunity. Even the food doesn’t disappoint.
By attending a clinical documentation integrity (CDI) mini boot camp, one can expand their knowledge of fundamental CDI skills:
Charlene and Sue say these planned mini boot camp topics are only part of the conversation, though. Much of the information shared unfolds in real time. The intimate group setting of these sessions offers the perfect opportunity for peers to learn from one another’s questions, solutions and best practices. Solventum experts use this time to give software demos as well, highlighting tips, tricks and underused functionality.
Here at Solventum, the word ‘together’ is often used, so it comes as no surprise that what Charlene and Sue appreciate most about Solventum CES is the opportunity to be together:
Mini boot camp attendance is $600 per attendee. If purchasing three or more seats, a discounted attendee rate will be received.
