The Solventum Client Experience Summit (CES) is next month, Aug. 12-15. I chatted with Michael Ristau, vice president of global marketing and international growth officer, Health Information Systems, Solventum, to discover what an attendee who lives outside of the U.S. can expect to gain by attending our event in Dallas.
We know healthcare is delivered differently around the world. And while most challenges are universal (lack of skilled professionals, budget cutbacks and burnout), there are a lot of unique challenges our customers outside of the U.S. are facing that can be solved with technology. Whether quality reporting or streamlining coding, Solventum CES is a great opportunity to bring together individuals from not only different roles, but from different countries and healthcare settings to discuss important topics like how to improve the patient experience and maximize the value of healthcare information.
I know a lot of Solventum experts will be excited to discuss how we’ve taken a large step towards localizing our revenue cycle platform for readiness around the world, including introducing new languages this year. This system enables workflow visibility for coding, clinical documentation integrity (CDI) and quality teams so they can see each other’s notes, summaries, queries, follow-ups and findings – all while the patient is in-house – and we’re excited about its growing global reach.
Solventum CES is a multiple-day event that offers space for real conversations to be had.
In addition to general sessions and networking events, our Health Information Systems experts will be available to answer situational questions and showcase what’s new in the industry, like autonomous coding and ambient intelligence. You can expect to go below the surface on globally relevant subjects like these at Solventum CES. Two that I think will be heavily discussed this year include:
It’s no secret that the individuals and experts that attend Solventum CES are what make the summit so successful. They’re the primary reason such robust conversation can be had, and why attendees leave Solventum CES feeling educated and energized.
But in addition to growing your network, Solventum CES can help grow your organization. No matter what part of the world you call home, join the conversation Aug. 12-15, to learn how you can help your organization reduce cost and labor while improving quality analytics and reimbursement. Hope to see you in Dallas!
