Chris Berg, RHIA

Chris Berg, RHIA, CCS, CCDS-O, CHC is an ambulatory services consultant for Solventum. She has over 30 years of experience in the health care field, including extensive experience in outpatient coding and documentation integrity. Her background includes positions of emergency department coder, ambulatory surgery coder and quality auditor, clinical information manager, and outpatient clinical documentation integrity (CDI) manager. Chris also held a position as adjunct faculty member in the HIM program at Cuyahoga Community College in Cleveland, Ohio. As an ambulatory services consultant, she provides advisory services for ambulatory CDI, clinical coding and revenue cycle management to Solventum clients.
