Jared Sorensen

Jared Sorensen is the global director, clinician solutions for Solventum's Health Information Systems Business. Jared began his career in finance working at Deutsche Bank in New York, where he advised on M&A transactions and debt/equity corporate financing. After leaving Wall Street to earn his MBA, Jared joined 3M, where he took on progressive roles in 3M corporate strategic business development, automotive aftermarket and infection prevention. In 2012, Jared joined Solventum's Health Information Systems Business. Despite the changes of industry, he found an immediate connection between the business models of automotive repair and health care as insurance and reimbursement-driven businesses that share common industry dynamics and challenges. He spent three years in Solventum's Health Information Systems Business leading marketing operations and strategy and five years leading the revenue cycle solutions business before heading up global business partners until 2023 when he became global director for clinician solutions.

Born and raised in the Salt Lake City area, Jared has returned to his roots since joining Solventum. He and his wife Jamie have six children, including two sets of twins that keep life interesting. Jared enjoys running, hiking, ultimate Frisbee, gardening and cheering at kids’ soccer games. Jared earned his BA from Brigham Young University and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
