Kim Aiello

Kim joined Solventum in May 2021 as the VP, Solventum federal market solutions after proudly serving in the Army Medical Department for 29 years as a Medical Service Corps Officer. In 2022, Kim also assumed the grouper applications and medical necessity team while volunteering to serve as the Solventum Military Support Network (MSN) Executive Sponsor for the Employer of Choice for Military, Veterans and Spouses pillar and Solventum Health Information Systems Business MSN Chapter until Fall 2023.  

Kim served in numerous leadership positions from tactical to strategic levels including Platoon Leader, Company & Battalion Executive Officer, Company Commander, Medical Plans and Operations, Clinic Administrative Officer, Analysis and Evaluation Branch, Secretary to the General Staff, Brigade G3, and Chief of Plans & Mobilization Division, among others. Further, she commanded at the company, Battalion, Combat Support Hospital and Brigade levels, culminating her career as the Commander, 44th Medical Brigade, Fort Bragg, N.C. where she deployed in support of the COVID-19 response to FEMA Regions I-IV/VI and led the Javits NY Medical Station DoD mission. In addition, Kim deployed in support of OIF and OSS/OIR.  

Kim achieved numerous awards and unit commendations while serving in the Army including the Expert Field Medical Badge, the Parachutist Badge and the German Parachutist Badge. Kim is a recipient of the Order of Military Medical Merit and the AMEDD’s 9A Proficiency Designator and was a Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives. A graduate of numerous leadership schools to include the Air War College. She has a Master of Healthcare Administration from Baylor University where she earned the Boone Powell Research Award and a Master of Strategic Studies from Air War College. Kim and Larry have two children, Nicholas and Hannah Rose and their dogs Bailey and Cooper. In her spare time, Kim serves as the President of the Silver Caduceus Society, is a Co-Chair for Solventum Lean-In and a volunteers with a local community non-profit.
