Steve Cantwell is a senior marketing communications specialist at Solventum. A long-time 3Mer, 22 years and counting, he has had the good fortune to interact with many Solventum innovators—especially health care gurus. This feeds his ever-growing curiosity about how health care information technology and clinical data touch the lives of ordinary people every day. Everyone is a patient—or is the child, brother, sister, parent or friend of a wide circle of patients. The urgent need to understand the health care technologies transforming our world has never been greater.

He lives in Salt Lake City with a patient wife, two bright teenage sons and a wise chocolate lab who he consults regularly on diverse technological and philosophical concerns.
