Steve Delaronde

Steve is director of product management with Solventum's population and payment solutions. In his 7 years with Solventum, Steve has led analytics, consulting and product management teams. He works with a talented group of Solventum engineers, business analysts, product owners and product managers to develop and implement Solventum's health care transformation suite of value-based payment and analytic solutions.

He has over 20 years of experience in healthcare managing the development and delivery of products, services, and analytics for health care payers and providers. Prior to joining Solventum, Steve led teams that delivered analytic and product solutions related to population health, chronic disease management, care management, peer review, social services, behavioral health and musculoskeletal conditions.

Steve is an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut where he also earned a Master's in public health and a master's in social work. He enjoys time spent with his wife and two daughters, as well as cycling, running and being outdoors.
