Gentle strength dressings

You need reliable wound care without worrying if the dressings you use will cause further damage. 3M™ Tegaderm™ Silicone Foam Dressing stands out with its optimal balance of strength and gentleness, ensuring strong adhesion without compromising easy removal because effective wound care begins with skin care.

Pressure injury prevention

Annually, more than 2.5 million people in the U.S. develop pressure injuries1, and these can lead to longer hospital stays and higher re-admissions. Using a soft silicone, multi-layered, foam dressing is recommended by NPIAP and AORN as part of a comprehensive pressure injury program.

Tegaderm Silicone Foam Dressing is easy to apply, even in challenging locations like the sacrum. Advanced high-performing adhesive enables interval monitoring without loss of adhesion, adhering well to both dry skin and in the presence of moisture.

Dressings that stay in place

Some dressings don’t stay in place as long as you need. They can lift and roll up in high-shear locations. Our silicone foam dressing not only manages a range of exudate from low to high for optimal wound healing, but stays in place minimizing lifting and rolling.

Innovative features include:

  • Innovative spoke delivery system for precise application, even in the most challenging locations
  • Advanced adhesive allows for “lift and check” interval monitoring
  • Conformable thin, low-profile edge minimizes rolling and lifting
  • Unique multi-layer design with high absorbency prevents pooling, helping to reduce the risk of skin maceration
