That’s where anion exchange (AEX) fiber chromatography comes in. Functionalized with Q-chemistry, the AEX fibrous nonwoven media separates by charge. It effectively captures cells, cell debris, host cell proteins (HCP) and DNA and other contaminants and impurities that are negatively charged, while letting the positively charged molecules of interest to flow through.
