3M™ LifeASSURE™ BNA Series Filter Cartridges are durable and can withstand repeated exposure to hot water sanitation and steam sterilization as well as common chemical cleaning and sanitizing agents.

Highly asymmetric PES membrane.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ BNA045 and BNA065 filter cartridges have a PES membrane that delivers a high degree of spoilage microorganism retention and minimizes organoleptic interference. Featuring large pores on the upstream surface that gradually taper into smaller pores toward the downstream surface, the asymmetrical membrane reduces flow resistance, which results in a lower pressure drop with fewer filters required and a greater contaminant retention capacity.

Advanced Pleat Technology (APT).

3M’s APT design helps to maximize the useful surface area of the filter while maintaining open flow paths between the media pleats. It also provides lower pressure drop, a longer service life and lower overall operational costs.

3M™ LifeASSURE™ BNA020, BNA045 and BNA065 filter cartridges can be used for food and beverage applications that require reduction of fine particles and microorganisms with 0.2, 0.45 and 0.65 micron ratings available. Combined with one of 3M’s premium pre-filtration products, LifeASSURE™ BNA Series Filter Cartridges offer bottlers a complete rigorous contaminant control solution while maintaining a long service life and low operating costs.
