The 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ LHV Series Hollow Fiber Filter Tube is specially designed to provide efficient particle retention for advanced photoresists and ancillary chemicals. Utilizing Hollow Fiber Technology (HFT), 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ Hollow Fiber filters deliver high flow rates with low hold-up volume, to minimize the waste of experimental photoresist formulations.

Our 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ LHV Series Hollow Fiber Filter Tube is 3/8” outside diameter (nominal), allowing common compression fittings to connect directly to the outside of the 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ LHV Series Hollow Fiber Tube. A syringe can also be used to inject fluid directly into the tube. These small compact filter tubes allow material suppliers to assess parameters such as material compatibility, photo-speed, and particle retention. 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ LHV Series Fiber Filter Tubes are ideal for lab scale evaluations.

3M™ NanoSHIELD™ LHV Series Hollow Fiber Filter Tubes contain the same polypropylene or polyethylene hollow fiber filter media as full size 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ Hollow Fiber Series filter cartridges and capsules, allowing scale-up throughout laboratory, pilot, and full-scale production testing. 3M™ NanoSHIELD™ LHV Series Filter Tubes are ideally suited for critical applications requiring high particle retention and high flow rates from 100 nm down to 5 nm.
