The dressings provide a cooling sensation to the skin on application, helping to minimise wound pain4.

3M™ Kerralite Cool™ Border Dressings comprise a polyurethane outer film, a Pro-ionic™5 gel sheet and a gentle adhesive border. The dressings are designed to actively respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid.
