If that is the case, it may be necessary to also use PHPLUS, a magnesium oxide based media specifically designed to increase pH levels of all incoming water. Although this media can be used in several different products, two of the most popular would be the 3MAPIF and 3MAPPM series Iron Reduction Systems.
